How it works

One real job, from the first text to the deposit.

A customer texts at 9:14 pm.

Answered in under a minute, with your Y, while you finish dinner.

Rivera Plumbing
  1. Hey, do you replace water heaters? Mine's leaking.
  2. We do. Is it gas or electric, and roughly how old?

It asks what sets the price.

The questions you would ask on the phone, asked by text.

  3. Gas. Maybe 12 years? It's pooling underneath.

  5. Got it. Give me a minute to price that for you.

The quote lands on your phone first.

Roger, your agent, prices it from your own rates, line by line. Text Y and it goes out in your name.

Questions

Who is actually texting my customers?

You are. The agent drafts every reply, and nothing goes to a customer until you text back Y. You can loosen that later, one kind of message at a time, when you have seen enough drafts to trust it.

Do I have to give up my phone number?

No. You get a new local number and your existing line is never touched. Put the new number on your Google listing and your Instagram as the one to text. Take it down in a minute if you want out.

Will it work for my kind of business?

It is built for work where the price is not on a list. Custom, condition-dependent or negotiated, where the alternative today is a phone call or a form answered hours later, and where there is usually a photo to look at or a constraint worth talking through. If your prices are a menu a customer could read off, a form beats a conversation and this is not for you.

What if the price it drafts is wrong?

You see it before the customer does. Text a correction instead of Y, in your own words, and it rewrites the quote and sends the version you approved. The customer only ever sees what you released.

Where is it available?

The United States, for now. The number is a US local number and the carrier rules it follows are US rules.

When can I start?

Not yet; it is being built now. Leave your number and we will text you the day it is live. Setup happens in that same thread, so there is nothing to sign up for twice.
